What: Michael Caddy ‘Connections’  Winner of the Frankston Arts Centre Artist Development Award in

FAC’s Annual Open Exhibition in 2013, local artist Michael Caddy exhibits a selection of poignant photographic portraits and landscapes exploring the deep connection between indigenous people and the land.

Sara Catena

What: Sara Catena Solo Exhibition.  A majestic visual feast of colourful and joyful contemporary art, Sara Catena combines a practical study in Art & Design with a natural creative instinct to produce unique, positive and colourful artworks to be enjoyed.

What: Frankston Arts Centre Annual Open Exhibition Prize 2014.  This year’s theme is the Selfie, which has gained enormous global momentum over the last decade from a social media buzzword to a subgenre of self-portraiture. Submissions are required to explore how technology has changed the way in which we interact with images and the many other interesting issues and theories that the phenomenon of the Selfie raises.
