NEXT MOTH IS SATURDAY APRIL 4

As the first Friday of April falls on Good Friday, the next MOTH will take place on Saturday 4th at Red Hill Pavilion. Lisa Miller and Shane O’Mara are the headline act and will be supported by female singer songwriter Cookie Baker.

Lisa Miller is acclaimed by critics and fans alike throughout Australia as a sublime songwriter, possessed of a blue-eyed, broken-hearted voice which is utterly distinctive. The 9 time ARIA nominee has toured with international artists including Neil Young, Nick Cave, Billy Bragg, Nick Lowe, Alex Chilton, Bert Jansch, Iris Dement, Jonathan Richman and Jimmy Webb. She has received consistent and unanimous praise from reviewers across the board, and earned a place as one of our very finest musical artists. Lisa will be accompanied by long time guitarist and producer Shane O’Mara. Singer songwriter Cookie Baker is a pint-sized force to be reckoned with. She has a heart as big as the raven hair on her head, and she’ll spoil you rotten with heartbreaking tales of lost love, found habits and suddenly finding your best friend REALLY attractive. If you like your toes to curl with pleasure whilst you bawl into your cup of tea (or absinthe).

Doors open at 7pm and tickets can be purchased at www.musiconthehill.com.au

Tasty light platters, local wine and beer will be available. No BYO.
