WEAVING FOR BEGINNERS & SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

Boo & Bear designs logoWhat :  Join us for a 3-hour workshop and learn the addictive craft of weaving!boo 4  You will learn how to warp your own loom, experiment with a variety of weaving techniques, create patterns & shapes, and hang your woven creation for display!

All participants will get their own loom to continue their newly acquired skills at home as well as the tools they will need for basic weaving.

We also supply beverages and a tasty snack while you weave the day- or night – away!

WEAVING FOR JUNIORS 

What: Get the kids involved in learning the craft of weaving during the school holidays.

In this 2 hour workshop they will learn how to warp their own loom, experiment with a variety of weaving techniques, create patterns & shapes, and hang their woven creation for display!

Boo 3All participants will get their own small loom to continue their newly acquired skills at home, as well as the tools they will need for basic weaving.   This workshop is suitable for children from the age of 8–18yrs.

*All facilitators hold a current Working With Children Check.

 When: Wednesday 6 July 10am–12pm
