NATIONAL WORKS ON PAPER FAMILY DAY
Escape the wintery weather and bring the family to discover the MPRG, the Peninsula’s leading regional gallery.
When : Sunday 28 August, 2pm–4.30pm (afternoon tea available from 3pm–4.30pm)
2pm–4pm ‘Drop-in’ activities, supervised by MPRG educator, Jill Anderson
Crazy Critters – Customise a cardboard tube to create colourful crazy critters
Wild Dinosaur Hat – Use the power of paper to transform into a dangerous dinosaur!
Wheels of Colour – Roll strips of colours into wheels and add them to a giant collective artwork celebrating paper, colour and creativity.
A central activity table will be set up for families to explore, create and be inspired by the works on display in the National Works on Paper.
3pm–3.30pm, enjoy a guided floor talk of the National Works on Paper, suitable for all ages.
Entry: Normal entry charges apply ($4 adults, $2 concession), no bookings required
